Sports Massage

Therapeutic sports massage is highlighted for athletes, but is also beneficial for anyone in an exercise program. From optimal performance, and preparing muscles for training, to recovering from an event - sports massage therapy can help prevent injuries and keep you moving. 

Swedish Massage

The most common type of massage, swedish involves soft, long, kneading strokes combined with movement of the joints. By relieving muscle tension, this modality can be both relaxing and energizing. 

Neuromuscular Therapy

NMT is a form of soft tissue manipulation that aims to treat underlying causes of chronic pain involving the muscular and nervous systems. this medically-oriented form of massage addresses trigger points, circulation, nerve compression, postural issues, and biomechanical problems that can be cause by repetitive movement injuries. 

Deep Tissue Massage

Work on loosening stressed muscles, it can also be helpful in the elimination of scar tissue. Deep tissue massage eliminates scar tissue by breaking it up and increasing blood circulation to the area to help restore range of motion. Improve posture with stretching of the muscles to release tension, deep tissue massage helps encourage the body to return to its natural alignment. 

Connective Tissue Massage

CTM helps relieve chronic tension, promotes deep relaxation, enhances self awareness, and facilitates improvement in posture. It can also be helpful in preventing and rehabilitating many types of injuries by using connective tissue to manipulate fascia.
